    Why do I need to register my key ring?

    If we don’t have an e-mail address saved, we can’t contact the owner after key loss.

    Do I need to register my address?

    No. Only an e-mail address is sufficient to send the data of the finder. For security reasons, the finder never gets to see the address of the owner.

    Can I offer the return service to my customers?

    Yes. This can be done in two ways: we offer the return service under our name or that of the provider (Whitelabel).

    What happens when the Return Key service stops?

    Many other return services have been discontinued in recent years. Users will no longer benefit. Through contracts with our customers we are obliged to provide the service for life. This is done in the form of an Escrow.
